Senior Client Executive, Global & Corporate

Due to significant growth, we are seeking a Senior Client Executive to join our Global & Corporate team within Aon Risk Solutions. Global & Corporate specializes in the provision of exceptional Insurance and Risk Management Services to a dynamic portfolio of large Private, National, public sector, and ASX listed businesses including major multinational organisations across all industry sectors.

The Senior Client Executive is responsible for service delivery for a key portfolio of Global & Corporate clients as well as supporting senior client relationship managers on major strategic clients.  This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Adelaide office.

What the Day Will Look Like:

  • Management and accountability of a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Working closely with senior colleagues to develop client servicing solutions
  • Contributing to the growth of the Global & Corporate portfolio
  • Handling administrative responsibilities through accurate, efficient, and timely responses to queries and policy documentation
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience
  • Identifying revenue enhancement opportunities within a designated portfolio
  • Keeping clients informed of emerging trends, market updates, and new products
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience
  • Identifying development opportunities for a designated portfolio and designing appropriate servicing solutions
  • Contributing to the strategic direction of the Global & Corporate business
  • Working with our Client Service Support, Broking, Claims, and the wider Aon Global network to deliver optimized outcomes for the client

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Tier 1 or Diploma qualification, or intention to complete this qualification
  • Comprehensive general insurance experience
  • Drive to deliver exceptional client service with a collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Experience supporting senior team members with large corporates
  • Strategic thinker with outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Extensive experience within the Insurance market managing a portfolio of clients
  • Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Insurance products and risk solutions
  • Experience in handling large claims
  • Excellent cross-selling abilities
  • A high level of understanding of client profitability
  • A keen entrepreneurial spirit and flare for business development
  • Exceptional and proactive client relationship management capabilities, including attracting, retaining, and growing clients
  • Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint products
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with exceptional communication abilities
  • A high degree of resilience and an outcome-focused approach
