Total Rewards Lead - Pacific

We are looking for Total Rewards lead – Pacific, to join our close-knit Asia Pacific Total Rewards team. The role will work closely with the Head of Total Rewards to support colleagues across the Asia Pacific region whilst engaging directly with business leaders and People Partners on a range of reward practices and initiatives.

What the day will look like

  • Manage the delivery of strategic reward initiatives across Asia Pacific (including the annual remuneration cycle).
  • Provide guidance and advice on all aspects of reward to key business and HR stakeholders.
  • Partner with market survey providers and internal stakeholders to develop and optimise reward data and analytics.
  • Management and governance of Short Term, Long Term and Sales Incentive Plans.
  • Support the Head of Rewards in implementing new initiatives and major remuneration change programs.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Previous experience with remuneration review cycles in a large corporate environment; financial services experience or experience in a regulated environment is preferred
  • Experience in Project Management & Change Management
  • An inquisitive mind-set and problem-solving capabilities
  • You have a strong focus on delivering continuous operational excellence
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate, report and interpret data
  • You build meaningful relationships with third parties and internal stakeholders
