Become part of a dynamic, high performing Builders Warranty Team, where you will be responsible for servicing existing and new clients on their Warranty needs.

What the day will look like

  • Preparation and lodgement of Domestic Building Insurance eligibility applications, ensuring high quality output
  • Maintain and review ongoing compliance and service delivery requirements
  • Liaise with Broking team to offer specialist advice and assist in client enquiries on DBI
  • Keep abreast of continuing regulatory changes and development in Builders Warranty
  • Daily phone interaction with our existing clients regarding their ongoing insurance and risk needs.
  • Building strong rapport with clients by listening to their needs and wants.
  • Providing on the spot support to client queries, as well managing multiple ongoing communication with more complex client needs.
  • Regularly collaborate with your team leader regarding your ongoing workload and personal development.
  • Work closely with your colleagues to receive, and provide them, ongoing support regarding client requirements.

 

Skills and experience that will lead to success

This position will suit someone with the following skills/experience:

  • Ability to complete work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise work, manage deadlines and work under pressure
  • Home Warranty and Construction experience – highly regarded
  • Ability to read and understand financial statements – Preferred but not essential
  • Strong relationship building experience
  • Proven experience servicing customers and clients
  • Comfortable using software programs and tools such as CRM and Microsoft office suite.
  • Ability to multi-task and complete various complexity of tasks efficiently.
