We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our People, Culture & Talent Branch and make a real impact.
In this dynamic role, you will work closely with our two Executive Directors and their leadership team, coordinating and ensuring smooth operations across critical business processes. We are seeking an organised, proactive individual who thrives in managing complex diaries, handling multiple work streams, and driving efficiency.
Working in a busy and changeable environment, this is a role for someone who takes pride in their ability to organise themselves and others to remain one step ahead of the deliverables. This role is instrumental in streamlining administrative processes and driving efficiencies that directly contribute to the success of the department. You will add real value, take on varied challenges, and contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the future of the Premier’s Department.

Salary: Clerk Grade 5/6. Package includes base salary ($97,027- $107,059) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
