About the role: 

  • Build your skills and knowledge through our two-year Graduate Development Program, featuring comprehensive training, professional growth opportunities, mentoring, and structured six-month rotations across a range of diverse teams.
  • Gain valuable hands-on experience and exposure across a variety of teams, including network operations, project delivery, capital planning, network modelling, environmental and sustainability initiatives, asset management, and strategic planning. Sharpen your skills and explore where your future in engineering could take you!
  • Over the course of 12 months, graduates collaborate on a group innovation project, backed by a senior manager sponsor and supported by teams across the business.

This role spans both our Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay offices, and graduates will be expected to travel between these locations as needed.

We are seeking Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Biosystems and Electrical Engineering graduates to join us in February 2026. Applications are open to students graduating in 2025 and 2026.
