Project Manager - Business Intelligence


About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager Enterprise Reporting, The Project Manager - Business Intelligence will join a market leading enterprise model and play a pivotal role in ensuring the function successfully navigates and implements operating model and innovative reporting & analytics initiatives.

The role requires a combination of strategic planning, project management, change management and high-level stakeholder engagement skills to guide, support, and facilitate change in alignment with the function's strategic objectives.

The role is based out of our Cremorne, VIC, but we are open to applications for North Sydney office.

This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity offering hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of projects, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Manage risks and resolve issues that affect change project scope, quality, and timelines.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
  • Analyse the impact of proposed changes on the respective Project teams and the broader organisation.
  • Collaborate and Engage with key stakeholders at all levels to drive awareness, understanding, and support for change initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver targeted communication plans to facilitate effective change messaging.
  • Act as a bridge between business improvement and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive change implementation.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs for staff to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Gather feedback and conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of change initiatives.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have experience as a Project Manager within the Business Intelligence / Reporting and analytics space.

You will also have qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management and/or Change Management accompanied with:

  • Experience in organisational project management ideally within Business Intelligence / Reporting and Analytics.
  • A proven track record in managing large-scale organisational project and change initiatives.
  • Experience with opportunity identification and strategic planning.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven leadership and influencing skills.
  • Be highly proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Have a technical background with PowerApps / Power BI and reporting (Advantageous)
