About the role:
Reporting to the National Operations Manager our Regional Manager will provide leadership and management of a large, dispersed team of multidisciplinary operational and maintenance personnel for their specified region of NSW for our newly awarded NBN Co field module contract valued at $2.1 billion dollars. This is a continuation of our longstanding partnership with NBN Co and will deliver network assurance, service assurance, customer connections, service activation and other associated programs across all NBN Fixed Line technologies, including aerial infrastructure.
You will ensure project execution in line with timelines, budgets, quality specifications, safety requirements and client expectations. This is a significant win for Ventia and your role as the Regional Manager will contribute to our success and align with our overall business strategy to redefine service excellence through customer focus, innovation and sustainability.
Based from our Wetherill Park office this position offers flexible hybrid working with time in the office, work from home and on the road. You will be provided a tool of trade vehicle (TOT) as there is a need for travel within your region on a regular basis for on-site support and presence.
