Rosters Coordinator


Are you a detail-oriented planner with a knack for scheduling? We’re looking for a permanent, full time Rosters Coordinator to manage and optimize employee rosters to meet operational needs while ensuring smooth communication and efficient resource allocation for the SA Prisoner Movement and In Court Management (SAPMICM) contract.


This position will see you located in Cavan, SA reporting to the Operations Manager.


Key Responsibilities:
•    Create and adjust daily employee rosters based on staffing needs and availability.
•    Organize travel and accommodation for staff as required.
•    Track attendance and manage record-keeping diligently.
•    Communicate scheduling updates clearly and manage conflicts proactively.
•    Oversee rostering software configuration and provide system support to staff.
•    Drive operational efficiencies and contribute to a positive work environment.

About You:
•    Experience in planning and scheduling roles.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
•    A collaborative spirit and excellent communication abilities.
•    A commitment to upholding our company values in a diverse and inclusive workplace.


Qualifications:
•    Relevant qualifications in scheduling, planning, or project management (desirable).
•    Must pass SAPOL Clearance and Australian Federal Police Check.
