Safety (SHEQ) Advisor
About The Role
Are you an experienced Safety Advisor looking to move into the oil and gas industry? Our Rigs & Wells division is currently seeking a self-motivated and experienced Safety Advisor to join our Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) team. The point of hire is Toowoomba, and you will drive out to remote sites to support operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting and mentoring the onsite crew in implementing our health and safety management system.
You will get paid a flat day rate including casual loading $577-$659 per day (pending experience) for a 12-hour day. You’ll enjoy a great work-life balance with our 2-week on, 2-week off roster (15:13).

What You’ll Do
- Help our onsite crew promote safe practices and implement our health and safety management system
- Conduct Inspections and perform assurance activities to ensure high safety standards
- Lead Investigations and analyse incidents and provide expert guidance on safety measures

- The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, particularly in report writing and conducting audits
- Minimum Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety
- Manual driver's licence required
