Supervisor

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in a permanent full-time role supporting our Homes NSW Responsive and Planned Maintenance Services (RAPM) contract. This role is ideal for someone with a background in trade supervision or project management, particularly those with trade qualifications, who thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Working closely with the Senior Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the coordination, compliance, and oversight of all field works within your designated area, which includes Dundas, Ermington, Telopea, Wentworthville, and occasionally Dee Why.

  • Company vehicle included in your package
  • Enjoy a mix of office and on-site work throughout the week
  • Be part of a supportive, down-to-earth, and collaborative team
  • Access to Ventia's employee discount program – including savings on travel, health insurance and more
  • Opportunities for career development and progression within the organisation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and assist scope works for assigned properties
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors
  • Arrange site access and appointments with tenants
  • Conduct progress inspections, safety audits, and post-completion quality checks
  • Maintain and monitor work programs, providing weekly updates to the Senior Supervisor, Works Manager, and Contracts Manager
  • Management of KPIs EOT's and variations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Trade certification (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, or electrical)
  • Qualifications in Building & Construction or Project Management (highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated experience supervising subcontractors and liaising directly with clients
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills—intermediate level in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
