About the role

Based in Broome, this is a permanent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Senior Operations Assistant. You will work closely with our ACWS Operations Manager to review and support daily activities undertaken by the Regional Service Providers – RSP’s, as well as providing administration support services including procurement and invoice management.

You’ll work closely with our operations team to manage the day-to-day activities through ESAMS to ensure our three Regional Service Providers can deliver essential services to our regional communities in a safe and timely manner.

Your excellent administration skills will also see you working with your team as the subject matter expert to provide support with our IT systems.

What the role will involve

  • Helping key stakeholders and customers with operational enquiries to ensure the delivery of services
  • Support Operations Manager with meetings, work orders, procurement, and invoicing
  • Support operations staff with administration and Water Corporation processes
  • Coordinate procurement, logistics and stores operations

About you

  • Considerable experience in providing business and customer service support
  • Considerable experience in a broad range of administration functions
  • Advanced computing skills and the use of programs such as Microsoft and SAP
  • Sound knowledge of asset operation and customer services in utility environment
