About the role
We have a permanent opportunity for a Team Leader joining our Engineering Field Services section, you will lead a dedicated team of engineering professionals that support the operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical infrastructure assets across WA. As a technical leader, you’ll also provide technical advice to planners, designers, constructors and operators as well as contributing to our Engineering standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to help achieve a more sustainable, reliable and easier approach to providing one of life's essentials – water. The role will be based in our Leederville office and will report to our Manager Engineering Field Services.

What the role will involve
Key skills and experience
You’ll have a degree level qualification in a relevant engineering discipline or applicable tertiary equivalent qualifications, along with extensive engineering experience in the water industry and experience leading engineering teams. Experience providing operations support will be highly regarded. Your demonstrated leadership, strong customer focus and ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence senior internal and external stakeholders will ensure success in this role.
